As a mum of three and a former teacher, I understand firsthand the importance of children's health and well-being. My passion lies in supporting kids to thrive—physically, emotionally, and cognitively—through natural and holistic approaches.

One of my key areas of focus is cognitive health and neurodivergence, helping children with emotional regulation, focus, and overall development. I believe that when we support the body with the right tools, kids can truly flourish.

Gut health is at the core of my approach. An imbalanced gut can impact everything from mood and behavior to immunity and allergies. By addressing gut dysbiosis, we can often see significant improvements in cognition, emotions, and overall wellness.

Diet plays a crucial role in children's health, and I love working with families to create realistic, achievable strategies for better eating habits. I know how challenging mealtimes can be, so I provide practical solutions to help kids get the nutrients they need in a way that works for your family.

Supplements can often be a struggle with little ones, so I focus on selecting high-priority products that deliver the biggest benefits. I find creative ways to make them easy to incorporate, often choosing multi-purpose options that address multiple needs at once.
